First time home buyer tax credit: Get up to an $8000 tax credit when buying your first home.  If you are planning to buy, now is the time to start looking.  You must have a signed deal by April 30th, 2009.  Click here for more information.

Upgrade tax credit:  Many people are only aware of the 1st time home buyer tax credit, but there is also a credit for those who are upgrading.
